The Welsh Government

This task blog is about the Welsh Goverment , and the changse that took  place in the referendum last year ? I didnt have any clue about the Welsh goverment and the referundum that took place last year.

A 'yes' meant ability of passing on all subjects in the 20 devolved areas without UK Parliament's agreement. No effect on the Assembly making laws in more areas than before. It also removes involvement of Members of the House of Commons and House of Lords in scrutinising proposals giving Assembly power to make laws. Instead, its the Welsh Government and Members of the National Assembly responsibility deciding usage of the Assembly?s law-making powers.?

No negotiation between the governments of the UK and Wales over what law-making powers should or should not be devolved to the Assembly needed.

Assembly laws aren't called Assembly Measures. Proposed laws are called Bills, and enacted laws called Acts. Measures made continues being called Assembly Measures having same legal effect. Changes are non possibility of making Acts.

Legislative Competence Orders aren't necessary, Its requests to the UK Parliament allowing the Assembly making laws in new subjects within the 20 devolved areas.?t necessary, Its requests to the UK Parliament allowing the Assembly making laws in new subjects within the 20 devolved areas (Welsh assembly, 2011 ).
