Time Management
Time management is all about how
each individual divides 24 hours of a day into all the tasks and errands that
need to be done. According to Ward (2012) "Generally, time management refers to the development of processes and tools that increase efficiency and productivity." Each person has to know what to do and when to do it in order
to accomplish everything. Decide when to sleep, when to get up, when to leave
the house, when to get back and so on.
My strengths are dividing my time
equally and planning a day ahead what I'm going to do, this benefits me a lot
because nothing happens at last minutes, I know when to do everything, and
makes me feel much better knowing that I will finish everything. On the other
hand, my weaknesses are actually sticking to my plan and doing it on time, and
sometimes there are a lot of plan changes, or I'd become too lazy to go and do
what I have to do.
The first thing I have to focus on
doing is committing to all tasks and work I set to myself. I have to do it
without cancelling anything just because I'm bored. Secondly, i have to set some
time for myself, a period of time where I can relax and spend it on myself only
without worrying about anything. Last but not least , I have to focus on finishing everything
early enough to have enough time of sleep, so that when I wake up in the
morning I don't feel tired.
